Apple Crumble


1 Cup Regular Flour

100g Butter  

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 

1/4 Cup Caster Sugar

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

2 Whole Green Apples

Instruction 1:
Measure out 1 cup of regular flour in pyrex jug and empty into small sized bowl.

Instruction 2: 
Cut and measure out 100g of butter on scale.

Instruction 3: 
Melt butter in microwave for 15 seconds.

Instruction 4: 
Added melted butter into mixing bowl with flour. 
Using a metal spoon, gently fold flour and butter together until golden crumbs form.

Instruction 5: 
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix into bowl.

Instruction 6: 
Measure out 1/4 cup of caster sugar.

Add caster sugar into bowl and mix ingredients together until crumbs appear golden andshiny. To make sure that crumbs remain unevenly sized during mixing process, do not over-mix or roughly fold ingredients.

Instruction 7: 
Collect 2 green apples and peel off the skin.

Instruction 8: 
Cut apple into quarters and proceed to cut out the core.

Instruction 9: 
Slice the apple quarters thinly, lying face down.

Instruction 10: 
Spread apple slices in layers over baking dish.

Instruction 11: 
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and mix with apple slices.

Instruction 12: 
Layer crumbs over top of apple slices.

Make sure to cover surface completely to prevent apples from becoming burnt.

Instruction 13: 
Set oven to "Bake" and 180 degrees.

Instruction 14: 
Heat the apple crumble for approximately 30 minutes before removing from oven.

Instruction 15: 
Share your apple crumble and enjoy.
